"Staff really know their books"

"Felt Like Just Another Ticket Number"

"Mostly fine, but check the details"
I ordered a few books from kennys.ie and, to be fair, most of the order was exactly right. Delivery was fine too, so no real issue there. That said, one of the books wasn’t the edition I thought I was buying, which was frustrating. Maybe I missed something, but it did feel like the listing could’ve been clearer, or at least not so easy to misunderstand. It wasn’t a massive problem in the end, but it still wasn’t quite what I expected. I might order again, but I’d definitely be double-checking every detail next time.

"Decent purchase, but checkout could be smoother"
Buying the book itself was totally fine, and at first I thought the checkout was going okay—actually, the more I went through it, the more it felt a bit slow. I also had to double-check the delivery details twice, which wasn’t a huge deal, just kind of annoying. Nothing really bad happened, but it wasn’t quite as smooth as I expected.

"Decent price, but slow delivery and mixed answers"
I ordered a book from Kennys to be shipped overseas. The price was decent and, to be fair, it arrived packed well and in good condition. The annoying part was the delivery took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated. I also got a bit frustrated because the answers I got about the delivery timing weren’t very consistent, so I never really knew what was going on. Not a terrible experience overall, but if you need something quickly, it might be a bit stressful. I’d maybe use them again, but not for anything urgent.

The book showed up really fast, which was nice. it looked almost brand new, so I was super happy with that. I guess I was expecting maybe a few more signs of use, but nope, no complaints at all. Weirdly impressed, honestly.

"Book arrived okay, but packaging could be better"
I ordered a book from kennys.ie and it showed up without any real issues. i was happy enough with the delivery, but the packaging felt a bit flimsy. A couple of the corners had small dents, which wasn’t a disaster or anything, but also kind of annoying when you’re expecting a nice clean copy. Overall, it was fine, maybe even perfectly acceptable, but stronger cardboard would make a big difference.

"Surprisingly Smooth Order"
I ordered a book from Kennys and, it all went smoother than I expected. The tracking updates were actually useful for once, I got emails when it was packed, dispatched, and on the way, so I wasn’t left wondering where it had disappeared to. Delivery showed up when they said it would, and the book was well packed too. Basic stuff, you’d think, but not every shop manages it. No fuss, no drama, and I’d happily order from them again.

The rare book showed up later than I expected, which was a little frustrating since most orders I’ve had from other sellers arrive faster. That said, it was packed well and the book itself was in fine condition, so overall it worked out okay

I ordered a book from Kennys and the delivery itself was totally fine. To be honest, I wasn’t paying much attention to anything else until I realized I needed to return it. The returns info was on the site, but it didn’t jump out at me right away, so I had to go back and check it a couple of times. The refund did come through eventually, just a bit slower than I expected. Customer service did reply, but not especially quickly. Overall, not a bad experience, but the returns process could definitely be a bit clearer and smoother.

"Good value delivery and no hassle"
I ordered a few books from kennys.ie and was pleased with the shipping cost. It didn’t feel like one of those sites where the delivery ends up costing nearly as much as the order, though to be fair, that’s probably just the way postage is everywhere now. Everything arrived fine, and the postage was shown clearly before I paid. Simple enough experience, and I’d use them again.

"Something Felt Off About the Whole Shopping Trip"
I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but finding anything in the store felt way harder than it needed to be. Like the layout was designed to make you wander around longer on purpose. Then checkout took forever, which only made me more suspicious they’re trying to slow everyone down for some reason. Overall, not the easiest shopping experience...

I ordered a book from kennys after a friend had mentioned them to me, and it did arrive in good condition. The packaging was fine and there was no damage at all, which I appreciated. It just took a bit longer than I thought it would, so not a bad experience, but I’d definitely allow some extra time if I order from them again.

I reached out and then kind of found myself checking back every so often, wondering if I was going to hear anything. It did take a while, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but eventually I did get a reply. Once they responded, everything was fine — it just took a bit longer than I would’ve liked.

"Great place to find books"
I was really pleased with the selection on Kennys, I came across a few books I hadn’t been able to find anywhere else. The site was easy enough to browse too, I’ll definitely be checking there first the next time I’m looking for something.
